yet God does nothing.
yet God pays no attention to this crime.
yet God ignores their moaning.
and God does nothing, acts like nothing's wrong!
That's a couple of different versions of,
'But God charges no one with wrongdoing.'
But isn't accusing God like that sinning?

I think you need to re-read it. It's basically saying that it appears that the unjust are in control, but God doesn't show justice.
Can you find other verses that speak to this?
