You shall have no foreign god among you; you shall not bow down to an alien god. I am the LORD your God, who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.

I have a guess of what he means here, though I'm not entirely sure. Here's my theory: The Israelites are turning away from God, maybe because they're not satisfied with what he did, or does for them, so instead, they are trusting idols. But God says, 'I am God. I  brought you out of Egypt, if you trust in me you will be satisfied.'

Those who hate the LORD would cringe before him, and their punishment would last forever.  But you would be fed with the finest of wheat; with honey from the rock I would satisfy you.
